What a great experience! They didn’t sell us the most expensive unit, but they did find the one that really fit our funky old farmhouse! Scott and John didn’t miss a beat in returning our calls, telling us what to expect and when to expect it. After installation they taught us everything we’d need to know about the new system and even called a couple weeks later to make sure everything was okay. Like I told my sister, getting a new furnace is expensive, but getting the wrong furnace – one that doesn’t fit your house– is even more expensive!
